How will training work for my staff and I?

We provide comprehensive training programs to ensure you and your team are proficient in operating the machines. Training can be conducted either in-person or remotely, depending on your location and preference. We work on the basis that we train one or two people to "master" level and then those people can train staff as and when they are needed.

Can you build us units for the machines to sit on?

Our team can work with you to provide cart designs like the ones we have that align with your branding and operational needs. But you will need to find a local manufacturer to build them.

Will you work on rev share or per unit models?

We offer flexible licensing models. Our team can discuss the specific licensing structure that best suits your business goals.

Do you offer discounts if we buy more machines? Do you offer discounts on software seats as well?

Yes, we provide discounts for multi machine purchases. Additionally, we offer competitive pricing for software seats based on your licensing agreement and requirements. All machines are made to order hence we can pass on savings made from ordering more materials and save money on labour costs to build the machines.

Do you deliver any live events or retail yourself?

No, we focus on providing the technology and support to our licensed partners. We do not directly deliver live events or retail experiences.

Will you send us leads for live events?

We have a network of partners and clients that may have opportunities for live events. While we can provide guidance and advice, lead generation is primarily the responsibility of the licensed partners.

Can we use another 3D scanner?

The 3D Chocolate Selfie Station is designed to work seamlessly with the sense scanning system. While we recommend using that scanner for optimal results, we can discuss compatibility options if you have an existing 3D scanner.

Can you develop a new product for us?

Can we make our own moulds?

If you want to change the shape of the product we will need to change the jig, the software and the packaging along with the actual moulds. So this project would sit in our product development fees category.

How will we maintain our machines?
