As the machine is prepared, the guest is guided through the next steps via an intuitive touch screen experience. Starting the machine triggers a countdown, building anticipation for the sweet reveal. The efficient and streamlined design of our technology ensures that the process is quick and seamless, taking only a few minutes to transform chocolate into a personalised masterpiece.
